By Friday, August 4th,  Princeton parents, guardians, or main caregivers should receive an email that contains information about your child’s school transportation and bus route. Letters have also been mailed through the U.S. Postal Services to your home address.


Reminders of the First Days of School:

August 15 - All students in grades 1-5, 6, & 9 and all NEW students

August 16 - Grades 7-8, 10-12. (All students should attend, except PreK/ Kindergarten students)

August 17 - Preschool and Kindergarten students (All other grades continue attending)


The transportation information is based on your FinalForm information that was due July 15th. If your bus information is incorrect, we can assist you. Please contact the school office where your child attends starting August 2nd.  Click here for school phone numbers.


If you did not receive an email or a mailed bus pass, and you should have one, follow the instructions based on potential issues below:

  • Family received an email but did not receive the letter with the paper pass. 

    1. You can print out the email and use that for the first day of school. Your child will get a bus pass from their teacher before they return home on the first day of school.

    2. You/your child can show the email on a cell phone on the first day of school. Your child will get a bus pass from their teacher before they return home on the first day of school.

    3. No phone or printer, but you got an email? No worries, your child will be on the list, and the driver will confirm it.  Your child will get a bus pass from their teacher before they return home on the first day of school.

  • Family received a letter but no email containing the bus pass.

    1. Your email address may not be listed correctly in FinalForms. 

      1. Go to https://princeton-oh.finalforms.com/

      2. Have you blocked emails from us? Check your email’s blocked sender list.

  • Family reported a change of address that is not reflected in the bus pass. 

    1. You may not have uploaded proof of residency documentation in FinalForms. Be sure to contact your child’s school office and upload the documentation at https://princeton-oh.finalforms.com/

    2. Contact the school to be sure your records are reviewed.

  • Need to change your telephone number or emergency contacts.

    1. This can be done anytime on FinalForms. The information will be updated overnight in the system.

    3. If you need to change your address, you must contact the school and have proof of residency (either upload in Final Forms or bring to the Princeton Welcome Center).

  • There is an issue with the location listed as the bus stop.

    1. Bus stop locations are selected for safety and factors of the students using the bus in the area. If you have a safety issue with your bus stop, please contact First Student at 513-554-0105. A safety monitor will come to the location to observe the situation and determine the best outcome for those students at that location.
