Heritage Hill Elementary -

The month of February is Black History Month and each grade level at Heritage Hill did different activities to highlight the important contributions of African American people past and present! First grade students wrote about a time they were brave like Ruby Bridges, 2nd grade classes made quilts featuring important black history makers, third grade created projects, fourth grade did research and 5th grade created Canva projects on an important musician & presented to multiple grade levels, parents and administration! Thank you to all for their hard work making sure we recognize the importance of African Americans play in the past, present and future of America, and not just in February! #AAGV
