National Honor Society Inductees - Spring 2024

Celebrating Academic Excellence and Community Service

The Princeton High School Chapter of the National Honor Society (NHS) proudly welcomed sixty-nine exceptional students into its ranks during the Spring induction ceremony held at Matthews Auditorium. The ceremony recognized scholarship, leadership, service, and character and celebrated the achievements of these students and their commitment to making a positive difference in their community. 

Principal Ron Bollmer set the tone for the ceremony with welcoming remarks, expressing gratitude to all attendees, including distinguished guests. Superintendent G. Elgin Card delivered a keynote address, sharing the importance of expressing gratitude to those who support you along the way. The program, organized and executed by Chapter Officers, was marked by its student-led approach, underscoring the leadership and initiative fostered within the NHS.

NHS President Devin Long and Vice President Krista Parks led the proceedings, praising the inductees for their willingness to embrace challenges, hold leadership positions, and contribute meaningfully to their community, all while excelling academically. Addressing key pillars of the NHS, Treasurer Jake Culter spoke on scholarship and leadership. Krista Parks highlighted the importance of service, with Devin Long concluding by discussing character, followed by the inductees reciting the National Honor Society Pledge.

In the closing remarks, Chapter Co-Advisor Miranda Gress congratulated the students, expressed confidence in their future endeavors, and thanked them for their leadership. The Princeton Chapter organizes several projects throughout the school year, including annual community blood drives and helping with district events.
