We recently celebrated a special event honoring our former Woodlawn Elementary students as they prepare for their high school graduation. These soon-to-be graduates took their final walk through the elementary halls, a cherished tradition that allows our current students to cheer them on and celebrate their achievements. In the midst of celebrating our high school graduates, we also celebrated a former Woodlawn student who is a newly college graduate.
The event was a heartwarming success, with our younger students lining the halls, clapping, and cheering as the graduates reminisced about their time at Woodlawn Elementary. It was a wonderful opportunity for our current students to see the journey ahead and for our graduates to say their final goodbyes to the school that helped shape their early education.
