Dear Stewart Families,
Spring has sprung here at Stewart and of course we have a lot going on.
I first want to congratulate our 4th graders and to all of our students that had artwork at the Festival of Arts. What a great day that was. I was so proud of everyone!
We will be giving the state tests for grades 3-5 throughout the month. Each subject test includes two sections that we will take over two days. One section per day and we will take the assessment in the morning. It is essential that your child arrives at school on time on their testing days so they can take their assessments alongside their classmates.
Testing Dates:
ELA:
April 8 and 9: Grades 4 and 5
April 15 and 16: Grade 3
Science:
April 23 and 24: Grade 5
Math:
April 29 and 30: Grades 4 and 5
May 1 and 2: Grade 3

Student Safety Information Needed: Please log into Final Forms and make sure all your contact information is up-to-date. We must have accurate emergency information on all students and multiple contact numbers. If your child has any medical concerns, please get in touch with our school Nurse, Ms. Liz Tolbert, at 513-864-2870.
The school day starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. If your child is going to purchase breakfast in the morning, they will be permitted into the building at 8:50 a.m. and must report directly to the cafeteria. Breakfast will be served daily from 8:50–9:10 a.m. Students who are not in their homeroom at 9:15 a.m. will be considered tardy.
The School Messenger System is an automated phone message system used for updates, reminders, and in the event of emergencies. Please make sure you keep all contact information up to date in Final Forms so that you receive district communications. Stewart Elementary also uses ClassDojo. Please accept your invitation via email or text and install the app on your phone. You can access the school calendar and message staff through ClassDojo. It is a great way to communicate with our staff and to keep up-to-date on school activities.
