Glendale Elementary School students are on a two-hour delay today, Monday, March 31, 2025, due to a power outage. If the status changes to closed, we will notify you by 9:30 AM. Staff will report to the Princeton Administration Center (PAC) at their regular start time. All other Princeton City Schools are operating on a regular schedule.

⏰Just to clarify, AM preschool will operate on March 13th, for the late start day.
⏰PM Preschool is in session as usual. Elementary School begins at 10:00.


Jake Sweeney Automotive Stadium (also known as Viking Stadium) and Pat Mancuso Field will be completely closed from March 10-14, 2025 for safety reasons. During this time, the press box is being removed, creating unsafe conditions that prohibit anyone from entering the facilities.


The lockdown at Stewart Elementary has been lifted. Afternoon students can enter the building. Buses are running. Extra security will remain until the end of the day dismissal is complete.

The I-Ready Pizza Challenge is complete! 🍕 Glendale students crushed it with 4,747 lessons passed in February! Congrats to Mrs. Bonno, Mrs. Fluker, and Mrs. Miller’s classrooms for winning the Pizza Party


A ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR GLENDALE ELEMENTARY....We received The Momentum Award from Ohio Department of Education. The Momentum Award is for districts and buildings that have demonstrated outstanding improvement in achievement while also continuing to show growth. The Momentum Award is for districts and buildings that have improved their performance index by 3 or more points from 2022-2023 report card to the 2023-2024 report card AND received a value-added progress rating of 4 or more stars. The Princeton City School District Board of Education has filed a to place a 6.61-mill emergency operating levy on the May 6, 2025 ballot.
The proposed levy aims to generate $12.8 million annually over ten years to prevent an operating deficit in the district. This levy of taxes is estimated by the county auditor to average 6.61 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $231 for each $100,000 of the county auditor’s appraised home value for a period of ten years, beginning in 2025.
