Princeton High School/Middle School

  Located in Viking Village

The Princeton City School District (PCSD) in partnership with The HealthCare Connection (THCC) currently has a School-Based Health Center for students to utilize located at Princeton High School/ Middle School in Viking Village.

Services provided include the treatment of common illnesses and injuries, management of chronic conditions (like asthma), physicals, vaccines, oral and behavioral/mental health screenings, and referrals to other medical providers as needed.

The Viking School-Based Health Center is now taking appointments for siblings of students in the district at the Viking School-Based Health Center, ages newborn-19 years old.

Please take advantage of this convenient way to get quality healthcare at your child’s school. To be seen at one of VSBHC’s parents or guardians just need to complete and return a consent packet. Once approved, your child can be seen at the center until they graduate from high school. Any student can enroll. There are no eligibility, income, or insurance coverage requirements and no student is denied services due to the inability to pay.

Enrollment forms can be found at the bottom of this page and also can be obtained from the school nurse’s office.

Staff is also available to assist families without health insurance to determine their eligibility for affordable insurance options through Medicaid or the federal health exchange.
