Congratulations to Princeton's own, Roger Dumas, Jr. on his outstanding lead role in Cincinnati Music Theatre's production of Rent! Roger has played Tom Collins, lead bass role in this resident theater company production at the Jarson-Kaplan Theatre at the Aronoff. 🎭 Based on Puccini’s beloved opera La Bohème, Rent follows the ups and downs of a year in the life of a group of impoverished, artistic friends living in Manhattan’s East Village. Jonathan Larson’s Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical will move audiences with the iconic chords of “Seasons of Love,” “I’ll Cover You,” and the thrilling, soaring score that is RENT! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 Roger's passion for acting and singing shines through in each show he performs in. If you get the chance to see Roger perform, you will be blown away! The show closes tonight and has run since early May. Break a leg in your closing performance tonight, Roger! He has appeared in several other shows with CMT in the past including Ragtime, & we can't wait to see which show he'll be in next! 🎼 During the school year, you can find Roger working at PHS/PCMS covering security.
