Library (Odin's Den)

Located in the heart of PCMS, Odin’s DEN offers students the opportunity to Discover, Explore, and Network.

The DEN is home to:

Different zones meet the needs of groups of multiple sizes and purposes.

The lounge area with booths, small tables, and comfortable seating is an ideal setting for students to work collaboratively in small groups.
The classroom area with flexible use furniture, whiteboards, a Smart Board, and abundant natural lighting accommodates large groups.
The desktop area offers an entire classroom space to visit the DEN and have one on one access to iPads or laptop computers.
Bean Bags, couch, and club chairs welcome students to read quietly or collaborate in comfort throughout the space.

Student’s access the DEN in a variety of ways.

Bi-Weekly students come to the DEN for reading selections with their ELA teachers.
Knovations classes are also on a fixed schedule to use the DEN.
Teachers schedule their classes on an as need basis.
Students come on individual passes to do work.

Odin’s DEN offers the space and resources to inspire Viking students to dream and challenge and equip them to achieve.
