40 cadets from Princeton's Middle School and High School Navy Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (NJROTC) program traveled to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the National Museum of the United States Air Force
JROTC NEWS
COMPLETED EVENTS (March 2025):
1. NJROTC Military Ball was conducted on Saturday, 8 March at Scarlet Oaks, NJROTC. Over 70 Princeton cadets and one instructor participated in the JROTC Military Ball. The ball included a POW/MIA recognition ceremony, a cake cutting ceremony, dinner and dancing.
2. ACT testing for Juniors only was conducted on 4 March.
3. Cadets Isaiah Ballard and Mason Lim participated in an academic trip to Miami University on 11 March.
4. Cadet Branham participated in the Jazz band trip to St.Louis, Missouri on 13-15 March.
5. 41 cadets plus Senior Chief McDermott participated in a day orientation trip to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) on 26 March.
FUTURE EVENTS (April 2025):
1. The NJROTC End of the Year (EOY) report is due 11 April to our AREA 14 Manager, Commander Michael Robinson.
2. The color guard will provide the colors in support of the Cincinnati Reds Baseball game on Sunday, 7 April.
3. The unit will participate in the Viking Village Future Ready Fair on 10 April, 1730-1930.
4. The semi-annual Physical Readiness Assessment (PFA) will be on Wednesday, 16 April with the makeup date of Thursday, 17 April.
5. End of Course (EOC) testing dates throughout April are 3, 8, 15, 16, 17, 24, and 29 April.
6. End of the year awards ceremony will be conducted in class on Wednesday, 30 April 2025
PHS NJROTC awarded the 2023-2024 Unit Achievement award!

The U.S. Navy awarded Princeton High School Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (NJROTC) with the Unit Achievement award for the 2023-2024 school year.
The Unit Achievement award is one of the highest commendations a unit can be awarded and it’s the 6 th straight year Princeton High School Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (NJROTC) has been recognized for demonstrated exceptional performance. 106 cadets at Princeton High School will be recognized with the Unit
Achievement ribbon to be worn on their NJROTC uniform at the annual NJROTC awards ceremony.
