Navy ROTC Updates FUTURE EVENTS (December 2022): End of the 2nd quarter, 1st semester on December 16, 2022. The holiday break is from December19, 2022 through January 4, 2023 Area Three Orienteering Championships will be on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at the Meadow Ridge area of Elk Creek state park in Trenton, Ohio. 10 Cadets are expected to participate. The Navy ROTC Color Guard are to present the colors at the following home varsity basketball games: December 2, 13 , and 16

Free and Reduced Meal Program If you feel your child is eligible to participate in the free and reduced lunch program for this school year, please make sure you have filled out the necessary forms. Families, please check your mail for a letter from Food Services if you have not completed it but previously have. Thanksgiving Break School will be closed Wednesday, November 23 - Friday, November 25 for Thanksgiving break. School will be back in session on Monday, November 28th.

Princeton High School Students Selected for OMEA District 14 Honor Bands Congratulations to the following students for auditioning and being selected for the OMEA District 14 High School Honor Band this year. They will perform on Sunday, January 8th at 3:00pm in Matthews Auditorium. Tickets are $3 adult, $2 children/students/seniors and are sold at the door. Thank you to all that helped with conference dinner at the high school! Months ago, when asked for Venmo donations to cover the first Princeton High School staff conference night dinner, everyone was so generous, we had enough to cover Thursday's conference night dinner, too! Thanks to PHS Key Club for donating desserts again! Thank you to Samantha Satterwhite for putting us in touch with Chef Brandon at the Maketwah Country Club. He baked us 125 potatoes, sold them to us at cost, and had them hot and ready for pick up this afternoon! Thanks to Staff Hospitality Queen, Mrs. Tracy Daniels for answering all my questions and helping get this all set up! And thank you to Wendy Lindsey for chauffeuring Amy Goohs-Hardman to the country club for potato pick up, loaning us the coolers to keep the potatoes hot, and for helping with set up, too! Parents of 2023 Graduating Seniors Senior Portraits: Seniors must be photographed by Prestige Portraits. The sitting fee is $20 for the first outfit and $10 for each additional outfit. NJROTC Area Three Air Rifle Championships On Friday, November 4, 2022, Princeton High School's NJROTC Air Rifle team traveled to Camp Perry in Port Clinton, Ohio, to compete in the Area Three Air Rifle Championships. DECA Practice Competition On November 4, 2022, Princeton High School's DECA students attended a practice competition hosted by Great Oaks Career Campuses. Twenty-one first time DECA competitors attended this practice event. ASVAB Testing Tuesday, November 15th Pre-registered students will take the ASVAB Test on Tuesday, November 15th during the school day. The ASVAB is a timed, multi-aptitude test which is given at more than 14,000 schools . The ASVAB helps not just determine whether you are a good fit to join the service, but also which service branch you might be best for and even what military jobs you can hold after you finish basic training or boot camp.
