The Pacer Center has a National Center for Bullying Prevention. They also have a bullying prevention website for children and one for teens. Demi Lovato, a young actress and singer, has joined Pacer Center in their bullying prevention efforts. The website provides handouts and other useful information for parents and other adults.
Cyber Bullying Help
This website provides an overview of cyberbullying, information sheets for parents, and tips for addressing cyberbullying. Listen to a public broadcast interview about cyberbullying. Provides information about what to do if a child is being cyberbullied including how to report offensive posts on common social networking sites.
Cyberbullying Research Center
Find more fact sheets and tip sheets for educators, teens, and parents. Website includes short video clips discussing cyberbullying. Send links for information sheets to parents or print out sheets and send them home with students.
