Princeton City Schools Meal Prices

Universal Free Breakfast will be available for all students this school year.

Lunch Price Per Building:

  • Elementary $2.25

  • PCMS $2.65

  • PHS $2.90

One milk is included with meals. 

A la carte prices:
Extra milk all locations $ .50

Extra sides all locations: $0.65

Extra Entrees all locations: $2.45

Snacks PCMS and PHS only: Varies $0.75 - $1.00

We provide an online system to fund your child’s lunch account, pay tuition, or other applicable fees. You may use your credit and/or debit card for the transaction. Credit card payments are made available only over the Internet; however, we still accept cash* and check payments at the school building.  The system is easy, convenient, and secure. (A transaction fee applies for each transaction.  A transaction can include adding money to more than one child’s account.)  We no longer provide/make change for cash payments. Your account will be credited if you make an overpayment.

If placing pre-payments for children in different buildings – be sure to complete in one transaction. Otherwise, you will be paying a transaction fee for each child.

Parents who use the online system must first create an account using your student’s ID number.  No personal information about your student is available online via this system. The district does not keep your credit card information on file, and therefore, you will need to re-enter your credit card number each time you use the online system. 

Please note: Once you have registered and created a password you will not need the student ID number again. You can check your child’s account balance as long as you have access to the Internet. As a courtesy, the PaySchools system will send a low lunch balance notification by e-mail. Payments made online will be credited to your child's account. This process may take up to 48 hours depending on the time/day the pre-payment was made. If placing pre-payments for children in different buildings – be sure to complete in one transaction. Otherwise, you will be paying a transaction fee for each child.

American School Food Service Association

Dear Parent or Guardian:

We are pleased to inform you that Princeton City School District will participate in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs called Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2024-2025 school year for the following schools:

  • Lincoln Heights Elementary

  • Sharonville Elementary

  • Woodlawn Elementary

All enrolled students listed in the schools above are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch meal, at no charge. Your child(ren) will be able to participate in these programs. Please remind your student(s) to take and enjoy the breakfast and lunch provided. We are asking all households to complete the Household Information Survey to determine eligibility for the instructional fee waiver and/or various additional state and federal program benefits that your child(ren)’s school may qualify for, other than the school meal programs. Please return ONLY one set of completed forms, per household, to your child(ren)’s school office. If you have other children in other school locations, you MUST ALSO fill out a 2023/2024 Free and Reduced Price Schools Meals Family Application by visiting https://www.payschoolscentral.com/.

Please note that your 2023-2024 Free and Reduced Application will expire on September 26, 2024.

All new students must complete a form for this school year or they will be charged for meals.
