For Students: My Life, My Quit
For people younger than 18
Free, confidential help to quit vaping
Those who sign up will receive coaching, and text messages to give them a boost while they attempt to quit
Those who sign up learn how to cope with stress and the science behind why their body craves nicotine
For Adults: Ohio Tobacco Quit Line (1-800-QUIT-NOW or 1-800-784-8669)
For people 18 and older
Free tobacco cessation program that pairs patients with professional quit coaches and online support community (the program can be conducted over the phone & online)
Coaches will help patients develop a quit plan and select quit medications if a patient decides to use them, and are available 24 hrs/7 days a week
Patients receive 5 proactive coaching sessions (10 if pregnant) with unlimited inbound contacts
